Privacy

The short version: we ask for as little as possible, you confirm by email before you're on any list, nothing marketing-related loads without your OK, and you can leave with one click.

Who is responsible

This website (gwnprince.nl) is run by GWNPRINCE (Prince Asante), Netherlands. Questions or requests about your data: contact@gwnprince.nl.

What we collect, and why

Event pre-registration: full name, email address, age, gender (optional to specify), the consent text you agreed to and when. Used for one thing: emailing you about the event you registered for, including the early ticket link, and, with your consent, future SAP EVENTS. Legal basis: your consent.

Contact form: name, email address and your message, so we can reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest / taking steps at your request.

Technical: to protect the forms against abuse we rate-limit requests using a salted, one-way hash of your IP address. The raw IP address is not stored. Anonymous, cookieless usage statistics are collected via Vercel Analytics.

Double opt-in and retention

Pre-registration uses double opt-in: you only join the list after confirming via the email we send you. Unconfirmed registrations are deleted automatically after 7 days.

Confirmed registrations are kept for the event and a reasonable period afterwards, or until you unsubscribe. Every event email contains an unsubscribe link that works with one click.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

The site works fully without marketing cookies. With your explicit consent (the banner), we load the Meta Pixel to measure and improve event advertising on Instagram/Facebook. Decline and nothing is loaded. The choice is remembered and can be changed any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Vercel Analytics is cookieless and does not track you across sites.

Third parties that touch data

We keep the list short. Data is processed by:

  • Vercel: website hosting and cookieless analytics
  • Convex: database (registrations, messages)
  • Clerk: admin login only (not used for visitors)
  • Resend: sending confirmation and event emails
  • Meta: only if you accept the Pixel (data may be processed in the US under standard contractual clauses)
  • Eventix / Weeztix: ticket sales happen on their platform; their own privacy policy applies from the moment you follow a ticket link
  • Vimexx: domain and email hosting for gwnprince.nl

We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time. Email contact@gwnprince.nlfrom the address you registered with and we'll handle it. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens if you believe we handle data incorrectly.
